“Success is not measured by heights attained; but, by obstacles overcome,” is a profound quote someone once said and Ricardo McQueen has found it to be most applicable to his life. It is this view coupled with unyielding faith in God, steadfast determination, and a propensity for setting high personal and professional standards that have enabled him to succeed.

The Process Ministry (TPM) was birthed out of a compelling desire to see men and women excel far beyond the limitations of their societal background by attaining financial liberation as successful business owners. With that intent, encompassed with his expertise as a HACCP Food Scientist, thus, The Process Ministry was established to provide the essential tools for financial empowerment and living a healthy lifestyle.

He is an advocate for better rights for small business employees and was an instrumental voice for Public Health Risks and Small Business Florida forum on earned sick days. He is a Clinical Scientist, Physiologist, Global Food Safety Consultant and Author. He works closely with USDA and FDA facilities and is considered one of the foremost up and coming influential minds among his colleagues.

An expert in managing health and safety standards, Ricardo McQueen is the owner of Food Health & Environmental Safety (FHES) in Orlando, Florida.  Known as “Your Safety Partner,” FHES is a multifaceted safety engineering firm providing health and safety audits, training, food industry certifications and compliance assistance for hospitality, medical and environmental businesses. Clients include Starbucks, Flemings Steakhouse, Chick-Fil-A, Purity Bakery, Atlantis Paradise Island, Comfort Suites and British Colonial Hilton, among many others.

A biochemist by profession, McQueen has worked in the field of Quality Control Management for more than a decade. He holds professional licenses as a Medical Technologist, Microbiologist Trainee, Registered AMT Medical Technologist, Certified in HACCP for Manufacturing Food Packaging Materials, Certified SQ Consultant and Practitioner, Certified Indoor Environmentalist, certified Trainer with American Culinary Federation, Certified Serve Safe Trainer, Certified Food Safety Manager, International HACCP Manager, and Instructor and Proctor with Thomson Prometric.
